
Today my daily devotional said “We spend too little time trying to achieve and too much time meditating on our problems.”
This is true for so many of us. Life is made up of many aspects. When we are too focused on one part of life, we tend to forget about the rest. Sometimes we may be so focused on one part of life that it becomes all we think about.
What we should do instead is fill our mind with thoughts. Almost as if to distract it, but not with distractions. Fill it with purposeful things. Adding positive thoughts, actions, and routines to your life will eventually begin to outweigh your problems and lead to positivity.
