Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This is the best thing ever when you’re craving that little something sweet. And the best part is, there’s no added sugar! Here’s how you do it♡

  • Start by freezing two sliced bananas, and two cups of frozen strawberries at least five hours ahead of time. You can use fruit that isn’t frozen, but freezing them helps to give you a cold, creamy taste.
  • Add the fruit to a blender.
  • Next, add peanut butter. I had 2-3 spoons of it. You can use any peanut butter you would like, but my favorite is 100% natural peanut butter with no added sugar. Don’t worry, the bananas will already make it sweet enough! You can find this at your local grocery store.
  • Next add your plant based milk. I prefer almond milk because it mixes well with the peanut butter. But if that’s not available, cashew or coconut milk will work just fine!
  • Finally, blend it all together.
  • Drink as a smoothie or enjoy as a smoothie bowl topped with banana slices!
